Robert Martens & Company performs highly focused buy-side acquisition search projects for private equity groups and other corporations. These projects are for new platform and stand-alone companies, or can be add-on acquisition searches for existing portfolio companies. We have been successfully executing these search projects since 1986.
Our firm excels at two key components of doing successful acquisition searches: the ability to do exhaustive research, as well as successfully accessing and privately sourcing excellent deals, not available to others in the marketplace. We shine when it comes to sourcing high-quality proprietary deals, and facilitating and guiding these deals into closed transactions. Manufacturing, value-added distribution, retail, service, and technology-enabled industries are our specialty, but we work in any industry or industry niche.
